We will work in 4
steps:
Step 2: We will be looking for: - a youth-hotel,
sportshotel, city-hotel where the delegation can stay
- local teams to play friendly-games
- local organizations to play tournaments
Step 3: We will let you know: - a finincial offer
for the whole stay, including hotel-accommodation,
training-facilities, local transport etc.
- a programme with a number of friendly games, tournaments, etc.
Step 4: You accept our offer ... or not! - if you
accept the offer, we will confirm the hotel, sportcentres, local
transport, the sportspragramme etc.
- if our offer is too expensive (this will depend on the choice of
the hotel), you let us know ... and we will make a second offer
which will be less expensive. IMPORTANT TO KNOW!
- Don't hesitate too long! It makes it easier for us to make
all arrangements with hotels, sportscentres, local teams etc.
- All committments are free of charge for your team!
